The Cell serves as a vital link between students and industry by facilitating campus recruitment drives, internships, industrial training, career counseling, and skill development programs.

With a dedicated Training & Placement Cell, we focus on enhancing students' technical competencies, aptitude, communication skills, and overall employability through continuous training initiatives, expert sessions, mock interviews, and industry interactions. The Cell maintains strong relationships with leading companies and organizations to create diverse employment opportunities for our students.

All Training & Placement activities are systematically planned and executed as per the academic calendar to ensure students are well-prepared for successful careers in industry, higher education, and entrepreneurship.

Internships at Indala College of Engineering & Polytechnic provide students with hands-on, real-world exposure to their chosen engineering discipline. The placement cell facilitates tie-ups with industry partners to place students in structured internship programmes, typically during semester breaks or as a dedicated internship semester.
